We offer a complete property and rental management service for chalet and apartment owners, combining professional booking management with hands-on property care. Our unique advantage is that we are not just a management company — we are also a building company. That means when issues arise, we can respond immediately with our own team, without waiting for external contractors.

We act as a booking agent for chalet owners, handling guest reservations, payments, and communication.
To maximise exposure and bookings, we use a professional channel manager that lets us advertise your chalet across multiple platforms — including Booking.com, Airbnb, and Vrbo — with calendars kept in sync automatically.
Alongside this, our own direct booking website is currently under development and will be live in Autumn 2025. This will allow guests to check availability, make reservations, and pay directly, reducing reliance on third-party platforms and increasing your overall returns.
After each stay, the rental income is split between you as the owner, our commission for management, and essential services such as cleaning and linen. Everything is clearly broken down in your owner statement for complete transparency.
